Good day, my friends!! 🙂
I bought a pack of ready-to-eat crepe weeks ago and was thinking to use it to make some sushi roll for son’s bento. But then, because was busy with the Lunar New Year celebration, I had forgotten it and left it inside the fridge. I will need to finish it before it went expired …hehe. Here’s the ready-to-eat crepe…
Just like making normal sushi roll…I put the crepe on the sushi rolling mat and layer a piece of nori on top. Then, gently spreading the rice equally on the nori. Put in the meat floss and start rolling the sushi until it form a sushi roll and cut it into 6 small sushi…that’s all for a simple meat floss crepe sushi. 🙂
I have included some broccoli, cherry tomatoes and grapes to complete the bento.
Here’s the sushi before putting in the bento box…
Have a great Tuesday!! Cheers! 🙂
