鲜虾烧卖

早前做了鲜虾云吞的馅料还有剩下一点,想到妈妈曾说过要试用云吞皮来做烧卖。。。嘿嘿。。。不如就试一下。还好,雪柜里也有剩下的云吞皮。

好像包云吞那样,先放上鲜虾馅料在云吞皮上,然后把皮往上包着馅料,就如点心楼卖的烧卖一样,上面不用包,然后把多余的皮修剪一下就很像了。因为所剩的料少,只能做8 个烧卖而已,不过也足够我们母子三人吃。。。嘻嘻!

然后,等蒸笼里的水滚后,放进蒸笼里大火蒸5至8分钟或熟透就可以上桌了。

用云吞皮做的烧卖一定要乘热吃,皮会软软滑滑,很好吃,和点心楼卖的可以媲美,可是冷后,皮会比较硬,不是很理想。自制烧卖有个好处是我们能自己调馅料,喜欢什么料就放什么,味道也是依自己的口味。

简单又好吃的烧卖。。。大家可以试一试哦!🙂

    u can try apply 1 tea spoon of oil into the steam plate.After putting all the siew mei into the plate, put 1 drop of oil to each “top of siew mei”, then steam , it ‘ll improve the hardness. ( my siew mei like the onion shape)
