焖鸡叉烧

谢谢艾力传了这个食谱给我。。。很简单和美味的一道菜肴。孩子们都吃得津津有味 :),很有滋味哦!

材料:鸡腿2只

腌料:南乳2块、蚝油2汤匙、酱油2汤匙、糖4汤匙、绍兴酒1汤匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、蒜茸2汤匙(我没加这个)

做法:

1)首先,把鸡腿去骨处理后(可以叫卖鸡肉的小贩替你去骨),放入腌料中,腌约30分钟至1个小时。

2)烧热锅后,把腌好的鸡肉和腌汁倒入锅中,轻轻拌炒一会。

3)然后,把锅盖盖上,以慢火煮15至20分钟,煮至鸡肉香浓及汁料变浓,取出切片即可。
