蒸巧克力湿润蛋糕 Steamed moist chocolate cake

这是一道超级美味、超级好吃、超级简单、超级柔软和湿润、超级可口的巧克力蛋糕。。。。只要尝一口,你会深深的爱上它!!!

这蛋糕芳香四溢,香浓的巧克力味道和那柔软湿润的口感让你口齿留香和回味无穷。再加上装饰就色味俱佳了。 我们母子三人简直是“不能自拔”,一口接一口。。。hmm。。。想起就已经要流口水了。

除了美味可口,最重要的是制做的步骤也超级简单,不需要技巧、不需要搅拌机也不需要烤箱,你就能做出五星级的蛋糕了。。。所以还等什么。。。快快抄下食谱,快快做出来享用吧! 哈哈哈。。。

材料 Ingredient :

(A)

  • 牛油 90克   Butter 90g
  • 砂糖 80克  Fine sugar 80g
  • 淡奶 100克  Evaporated milk 100g
  • 香草精 几滴  Vanilla extract few drops

(B)鸡蛋 1个 (用叉子打散)  1 egg, lightly beaten

(C)

  • 面粉 50克  Plain flour 50g
  • 可可粉 25克  Cocoa powder 25g
  • 发粉 1/4小匙  Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • 苏打粉 1/4小匙  Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon

做法 Method:

1)将(A)倒入小锅,用小火炖至砂糖和牛油溶解后,熄火,保温。 Combine sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla essence and butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter has melted. Remove from heat.

2)加入打散的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。 Add the beaten eggs into the slightly cooled mixture and stir till well mixed.

3)将(C)筛入一个大碗里,然后把2)倒进去,搅拌均匀。 Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda into a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs mixture over the flour and stir till smooth. (Batter should be runny).

4)加热蒸炉。 蛋糕模涂油或铺上油纸。  Heat up the steamer. Lined and grease the cake pan/mould.

5)把面糊倒入杯子/蛋糕模里面。 Pour the batter into prepared pan.

6)放入蒸炉,蒸10-15分钟至熟。Place into the steamer, steam for 10-15 minutes.

7)将蛋糕放凉,待装饰。 Cool the cake before turning out for frosting.

巧克力酱 Chocolate ganache:

  • 黑巧克力 50克  Dark chocolate 50g
  • 鲜奶 3汤匙  Milk 3 tablespoons
  • 牛油 1汤匙  Butter 1 tablespoon

1)黑巧克力放入微波炉加热溶解后拌入鲜奶和牛油。  Dark chocolate put into microwave to melt, take out,  mix in milk and butter and stir till the butter melts.

2)把巧克力酱淋在蛋糕上。 Spread the ganache on the cake.

3)放进冰箱冷藏,待食用。 Chill the cake in the fridge before serving.

      云,你一定要尝试,真的很美味。 :)以下是我在网上找到的资料:
      淡奶Evaporated Milk – 又称花奶、奶水、蒸发奶。它是将牛奶蒸馏过去除一些水分后的结果。没有炼乳浓稠,但比牛奶稍浓。它的乳糖含量较一般牛奶高,奶香味也较浓,可以给予西点特殊的风味。
      鲜奶 – 不经过任何加工,不经过热加工处理的生鲜乳。

    wanna ask according to ur STEAMED MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE,
    may i know ur recipe can made how many cupcakes ??
    d size will be small, moderate or big one ?

      I make about 8 cupcakes using the normal egg tarts mold. Lower size: 4.5cm, Upper: 7.5 and height: 2.5cm…consider a moderate one I think…hehe. You can always double up the ingredients to make more or a 8″ cake too.
