蓝莓芝士蛋糕(免烤)

这是一个多月前的作品,拍了照片后竟然忘了放上来。。。嘻嘻。。。健忘症又发作了。:)

这个蓝莓芝士蛋糕是和好友在售卖烘焙材料店买材料时,老板娘极力推荐的。她告诉我们这个蛋糕的材料和步骤都很简单,又不用烘烤,只需放进冰箱冷藏数小时,再加上特别的饼干底层,味道超级好吃,还很特别。一向以来都对芝士蛋糕情有独忠的我当然不能错过啦!而且我也被她的“甜言蜜语”弄得我口痒痒、心也痒痒的。。。就“破财”了。。。哈哈!

这就是“主角”。。。Australian Chilled Cheese Cake Mix。

接着,看看所需材料。。。Oreo Ice-cream blueberry 饼干、牛奶和蛋糕粉。

这个蓝莓芝士蛋糕的特别之处是因为它用了 Oreo Ice-cream blueberry 饼干做饼底。真如其名,这个饼干除了是蓝莓夹心外,吃进嘴里时可以感到一丝丝的冰冷,犹如在吃着冰淇淋一样。。哇。。。蛮特别又好吃。 赞! 当然。。。这个蓝莓芝士蛋糕一样那么美味好吃。芝士乳酪蛋糕中夹着小块小块的饼干片,再加上我在蛋糕上涂上一层蓝莓酱。。。口感上层次分明,软软的乳酪芝士、脆脆的饼干小块、冰凉甜甜的蓝莓酱和冰冷犹如冰淇淋的饼底,真是一大享受!

做法:

■饼底做法:

1) 把一包半饼干 裝進袋子里,封上。剩下的半包饼干捏小块状,备用。
2) 用手把袋子里的饼干稍微捏碎,然后用棍子擀得粉碎。
3) 然后饼干碎倒进在已涂上牛油的蛋糕模里压实抚平,放进冰箱約30分钟,备用。

■乳酪馅料做法:

1)把蛋糕粉倒进大盆,加入400克温水/牛奶,搅拌均匀。加入小块状的饼干,拌均匀。
2)倒入已冷卻定型的饼底上,放入冰箱里下层冷藏至凝固,约4个小时。

贴心建议:
脱模可用毛巾沾热水抹模的边或用吹风筒吹模的边就很容易脱模。

      🙂 Thanks, Vanessa. It taste good & special with the Oreo ice-cream blueberry biscuit. You should try it. I bought the ingredients at my place here, Seremban. I am not sure other places will have the same or not, else I can buy for you.

    Thanks for sharing.Yummy yummy… I want to taste & try loooh.. but the pre-mix a bit expensive lehh. But I have a recipe for the unbake cheese bake also … looks also simple n simple.. yet to try…. can Forward to u but with the condition reserve 1 for me… haha.
