Time flies…is Friday today. School holidays will start tomorrow, we are so excited for that. 🙂 Although only a week’s holiday, but we are still happy. We can have more time to rest and re-charge again our energy and power. In order to “celebrate” this coming up holidays…I made some fancy lollipop pizzas for bento this morning. I put two pizzas, some blueberry and a piece of red orange into the Mickey bento box for my son.
The size of the lollipop pizzas just nice and easy for kids to hold and eat. Besides the two lollies in the box, there are another eight more which my son requested me to make for his friends.
Aren’t they pretty and colourful??? 😉 It is simple to make all these lollies. I prepared the ingredients and cut the breads into small round shape yesterday night. Kept all the ingredients inside the refrigerator.
These are the ingredients that I used for topping:
- Mayonnaise tuna
- Red and green capsicum
- Artificial crab stick
- Cheddar Cheese, grated
Since all ingredients already been well prepared, I just need to arrange the ingredients on the top of the round bread and bake them this morning. First, spread a thin layer of ketchup on the bread, then put some grated cheese, put in mayonnaise tune, put some grated cheese again. Use the rest of the ingredients to make some fancy design for the pizzas, and put into the oven to bake until the cheese melts.
After taking out from the oven, quickly insert a piece of lolly stick into the pizzas and set a side until the cheese hardens. Last but not least, I used some pretty plastic bags to pack the fancy lollies so that my son can give to his friend as a gift. 🙂
After looking at these well-pack and pretty lollies pizzas, my son told me that he wanted two more…LOL…He is not willing to give to his friends anymore. 🙂
Have a closer look at all the eight lollies again…
Have a wonderful & joyful weekend. 🙂
