Today is my birthday. 🙂 Therefore, I made this cake bento for my son…haha. My husband asked why make cake for son, not his birthday? 😉 Mummy birthday is a BIG day, so I decided what to make, not him…hehehe…somemore, I am sure my son should be very happy because he got cake to eat, although is not a real cake. LOL…
When my son saw this bento, he was so happy just as me, he gave it a name…a Wonderland bento…such a nice name. hahaha…but I don’t know what he meant by ‘wonderland’…have to ask him after he back from school…hehe.
The cakes in the box were made by rice, I put some colouring for the rice and mould it with a small cup. There are 3 colours, red, white and yellow. Then, decorated with some black sesame as chocolate chips, egg sheet/ham as icing, a small red grape and the butterhead leaf as cherry. Have a closer look at both the cakes.
There are some leftover fried chicken which I made for dinner yesterday night. I just heat it up again and put inside the box. Other than that, I put in some boiled broccoli and a fresh prune which I bought from supermarket yesterday.
My eldest son gave me a “Birthday Kiss” this morning once he woke up from bed and wished me “Happy birthday day”. This make me so happy and surprise, thanks to my good boy. 🙂
Hope everyone happy Tuesday. Happy birthday to myself. 🙂
