爱。开心便当のLittle Chick

Today’s bento was simple to prepare and simple to decorate. I made 2 little chick from heart shapes tuna potato croquettes and decorated with food picks, cheese and nori.  I learned using heart shape to make chicken from Ai Peng and Lia.  Thanks to them for inspiring me a lot on bento making.🙂

I made the tuna potato croquettes yesterday without coating them with flour and breadcrumb, and kept inside the fridge.  This morning I just need to caot it with flour, egg and breadcrumb and deep-fry the croquettes, although look like there are a lot of work need to do, but is just took me about 15 minutes to complete the whole bento.  While frying the croquettes, I boiled the egg too…so save my time.🙂

I didn’t put much food in the bento because the croquettes are slightly big and thick, so I just put a halved hard-boiled eggs and some grapes into the box.
