爱。开心便当のPikachu

Did anyone see before an orange color Pikachu??? LOL….Yes…in my today’s bento…orange color Pikachu!!!

I made this orange color Pikachu using rice mixed with pureed orange sweet potato. I don’t have any rice mold for the Pikachu, so again, I made the onigiri using cling wrap and the two long ears too.  The black color part at teh ears are made from seaweed.  After that, I used seaweed, cheese and artificial crab stick (red color part) to decorate the face details.  It is pretty easy and fast to make this cute Pikachu.

Besides the Pikachu, I included some cauliflower, chicken nuggets, blackcurrents and a cherry tomato in the bento as well.

Wishing everyone have a great week ahead!!! Cheers!

Vanessa is right. You don’t need any rice molds to make Pikachu! It don’t look so orange to me and I think it tasted good with the sweet potato! I have some too which I was supposed to use to make bento but I strained my back! boohoohoo!😦

Even without a mold you were able to get such clean shapes, must be a talent I don’t have🙂 I love it!
