Fried Meat Balls 炸肉丸

炸肉丸是道很简单又好吃的菜肴,我相信每一个家庭都有一个属于自己的食谱,喜欢怎样的味道都能自由的加入。 材料方面也很普通,可是大致上都会用到猪绞肉和鱼肉。

我从Ohbin, 活在当下里头看到这食谱。这一个食谱的特别之处时它加进了苏打饼,让肉丸更加美味而且不会硬硬的,超级美味。 我稍微的把原本的食谱改了一点,加入马鲛鱼肉,让肉丸比较稍有弹性。 炸好的肉丸可以就这样子吃已经很美味可口了, 也可以拿来做咕噜肉或焖冬菇或木耳之类的。。。很实用哦!哈哈。。

Ingredients 材料:

  • 800g minced pork    绞肉800克
  • 150g minced fish paste (Spinach Mackerel –ikan tenggiri)   鱼绞肉150克(马鲛鱼)
  • 80g carrot (chopped finely)   红萝卜80克 (切细)
  • 100g big onion (chopped finely)   洋葱100克 (切细)
  • 100g water chestnuts (chopped finely)   荸荠/马蹄100克(切细, 也可以用沙葛)
  • 10 pieces cream cracker biscuits (crushed)   苏打饼10片(压碎)

Seasoning 调味料:

  • 1½ tsp salt or to taste   盐一茶匙半
  • 1½ tbsp light soy sauce or to taste   生抽/酱油一汤匙半
  • 1 tsp sesame oil   麻油一茶匙
  • 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder   五香粉一茶匙
  • 1 tsb pepper   胡椒粉一茶匙

Method 做法:

1) Mix ingredients and seasoning in a mixing bowl and mix well.  混合全部材料和调味料至均匀。

2) Take a some meat in the palm and roll in a neat round ball.  拿少许肉在手掌中揉成小球。

3) Drop the balls of meat into a pot of hot oil, deep fry till golden brown.
放入油锅里炸至金黄色即可。
