蓝莓马芬 Blueberry Muffin

上两个月在烘焙用品供应商店买了一包蓝莓马芬蛋糕粉回来放在橱柜里直到现在才有空把它拿来做成好吃的马芬。

因为是用了混合好的蛋糕粉,所以不用半个小时,马芬就可以出炉了。。。香喷喷的蓝莓味道在烘烤时已经弥漫整间家了。从烤炉拿出来时,看到那一个个膨胀得就快要像火山爆发那样的马芬,恨不得马上放进嘴里。

混合粉里面已经加了蓝莓干,可是为了让马芬更加美味可口,我还加入了蓝莓果酱在面糊里和面糊上,所以烤出来的马芬特别芬香也为那平淡的外表加入了浪漫的紫色色彩,内里外在都能够体会到美味的蓝莓味道。。。。这才是“百分百”的蓝莓马芬了!! 我们爱死了。。。儿子们吃了一个还要第二个。柔软和细致的蛋糕,加上甜度刚刚好的蓝莓干和蓝莓酱。。。噢。。。超级好吃!!!

材料:

(A)

  • 一包蓝莓马芬混合粉(500克)  Blueberry muffin mix flour (500g)
  • 3粒鸡蛋   3 eggs
  • 200毫升清水   200ml plain water

(B)

  • 175毫升融化牛油   175ml melted butter

做法:

1)用搅拌器,使用中速把(A)拌均匀。  Mix (A) with mixer with medium speed.

2)加入(B),用慢速拌均匀。 Turn to low speed and add in (B), mix well.

3)面糊进杯子(可以加入喜欢的馅料或果酱)。  Put the cake batter into paper cups (can add in filling or jam).

4)入预热180度C的烤箱,烤15分钟至熟。  Put into preheat oven, 180°C, bake for 15 minutes until done.
