I made these Ben10 Alien Force bentos for lunch yesterday. The first bento (from the left), was Swampfire, Ben10 Alien Force logo in the middle and Heatblast on the right.
Most of the kids love to watch Ben10 cartoons now. My sons are the BIG FANs of Ben10. They have Ben10 t-shirts, Ben10 pencil boxes, Ben10 pencils, Ben0 erasers, Ben10 watches, Ben10 bags, Ben10 coloring books, Ben10 story books and etc. Everytime they see something with Ben10 pictures, sure they will request us to buy for them. If the price is reasonable, their wishes will be fulfill sometimes…hehe. May be because of my kids love Ben10 so much, I also started to have more interest in Ben10 now.😉
I used cheese, nori and yellow egg sheet to make the Swampfire. My eldest son complained that this was not nice…not look like the Swampfire in the movie.😦 I knew…the color is not same…because I spoilt the red color egg sheet after I make the Heatblast…so…no more red egg sheet for me to use and I am too lazy to make a new one again…hehe.
The Heatblast was make of yellow and red color egg sheet with cheese eyes…some defeat here…the cheese eyes melted before I took the pictures. 😦
The easiest one should be this Ben 10 Alien Force logo…using green egg sheet as the background color and nori and cheese for the words.
All the three bentos were having the same food, white rice, roasted pork (烧肉) and vegetable with dry shrimp.
Here are some information about Swampfire and heatblast…
Swampfire is a Methanosian from the planet Methanos. Swampfire is a plant-like alien with a fire-patterned head.
Heatblast is a Pyronite from the star Pyros. Heatblast is Ben’s first transformation, accidentally activated in the pilot episode of the original series, “And Then There Were 10” when Ben was trying to remove the Omnitrix immediately after it first attached to him.
