爱。开心便当のCute Girl Bento

I cooked some spiral pasta in mushroom tomato sauce for dinner just now.   After that decided to make a bento for my son and I wanted to decorate it with a cute girl.

I placed the pasta at the bottom layer of the bento box without mixing with the sauce and then covered the pasta with a piece of egg sheet.  I used ham and nori to make the cute girl’s head.  After that, I put in two red ribbon food picks as the hair ribbons for the two little ponytails. I used the chocolate alphbet letters to make the “HELLO”.

On the top layer of the box, I put in some broccoli, some chicken nuggets, flower made of sausage and imitation crab meat, a piece of apple and a small cup of the mushroom tomato sauce.

I use a new bento box today, here’s how it look like after I closed the lid…

Isn’t it COOL???😉 A burger bento box which I bought it some time ago.  Has no chance to use it until tonight…hehe.

Time flies, is Friday night now…hope I will have more momentum and inspiration next week for bento making.🙂 Wish you all a great weekend!!

I’ve seen this bento box online. People were complaining about leakage — have you faced this problem?

      • Emily Ng says:

Hi Kym, thanks for dropping by and welcome to my blog.🙂 Oh…I didn’t have this problem before..hehe..may be because of I didn’t packed any food with gravy or liquid in the box. But, I think, those people is right, the lid cannot close tightly.
