This was yesterday bento for my son. I bought a pack of inari last few weeks…and again…need to use it before it went expired..haha. I filled the inari pockets with two different colored rice, yellow and green. Then, I made some two flowers from sausage stripes and two from cucumber stripes. Put these flowers on the top of the inari sushi and put in the heart and leaf picks to make the inari sushi as flower pots.
There were some tamagoyaki and grapes in the the bento and a cherry tomato to brighten up the box. 🙂
Wishing everyone have a great weekend ahead. ^^

I received two wedding news from my friends, one is our bento pal, Megan (bento zen) and another is my good friend’s sister. Congrats Megan on her wedding! My good friend’s sister, Cassandra Leong will be getting merry this month too. Therefore, today’s bento is a wedding bears bento to congratulate two of them. Wish them Happy Wedding!!!
I made two big rice balls and four small rice balls moulded with cling wrap. After that, join the two small rice balls with a big rice ball to form a bear head. Place the heads in two different silicone food cups and decorated them with ham, nori and pink marshmallow. I put a red ribbon food pick for the male bear as the bow tie for the bridegroom and some round shape ham to form a hair accessories for the bride. A bridal flower bouquet for the bride at the center of the bears which made from imitation crab meat.
Other goodies in the box: chicken nuggets, love shape prawn sausage, chicken sausage flower, tamagoyaki and black grapes(under the love shape sausage).
Here’s my warm wishes to Megan & Cassandra and all those who will be getting married in this month:
Wishing You God’s Blessing
on Your Wedding …
…and may He always be
the heart of your marriage,
the light of your home,
and the ever-present partner
in your life together.
